Creamistry in Belmont Shore

Had family come into town and we decided to try a place called Creamistry located on Second Street on Belmont Shore. It is a science experiment mixing dairy and Liquid Nitrogen. And here is what happens when you mix the two. It looks weird but wow did it taste good!
